MANUFACTURING
Our factory is in Ba Vi dist, Hanoi, Vietnam (1500 m2). We have dryer system, frozen system, oil extracting and post harvesting preservation system so that our products have high quality to satisfy consumer.

USE:
- GAC’S PRODUCTS, indigenous fruit in Viet Nam, have been exported to US. Longan contains much lycopene and β-carotene, which are carotenoid can be anti-ageing, antioxidant, and anticancer properties.
- Gac fruit puree(paste): Extract from raw gac fruits are natural ripe, no chemical, musty, preservative substance. Product is certified of food safety, is frozen below -35 oC, preservated below -18 oC.
- Gac puree is used as spice and seasonings for cooking (like using tomato- what you can do with tomato, you can do with gac puree, but this fruit contains much nutrion, lycopene and beta-carotene for your good health): soup, beef, rice,...to make foods have red color naturally and delicious taste (no limit to use).
- Gac puree are material for processing: essential oil, functional food, food colour
- GAC puree (GAC paste) is a natural product extracted from the fruit after careful selection of the fruits. The fruit is processed by a de pulper and passed through a sieve and frozen. There are no preservatives added and the product is undiluted and 100% natural. GAC puree has a typical fresh flavor of the natural fruit. GAC puree can be used in various food applications like juices, sauces, marinades and jams.
