Delicious rolling gac cake
Formula
1. Gac Tri Long powder:
100grs rum and 10ml rum wine.
Gac powder mixed with rum wine.
2. Additives:
- 3 egg yolks
- 50g of sugar mill
- 50g -purpose flour
- 10g cornflour
- 35ml milk
- 10 ml rum
- 25ml vegetable oil
- 1/4 tablespoon baking powder baking powder
The steps as following :
- Grind the sugar and yolks into three general , using electric mixer and beat well .
- Cooking oil and milk: mix well .
- Gac powder mix well with rum
- Sift the flour mixture ( flour + flour + cornstarch baking powder) then spread
3. White cream:
- 3 egg whites
- 30g of sugar mill
- ¼ tsp salt
The steps are as follows:
+ Salt for whites in bowl, using electric mixer machine with small speed to hit, then hit the suger at high speed until well characteristics .
4. Mix the dough:
1/ For half white mixture into the yolk mixture and mix with dough tree .

5. Baking
1/ Preheat the oven for 10 minutes . Spread out flat flour mixture into lined rectangular shape stencils ( 29x23cm rectangle shape )
2/ For oven temperature to 190 degrees C. The baking time is 10 minutes
6 . Scroll wheel :
