Delicacy tells you- Gac soup

After you turn off the stove, you should not stir much so that the soup is not crushed.
Want to make the thickness, you can dissolve a little flour with water and pour it  into the pot of boiling soup

Ingredients:

- 100g of  Tri Long Gac powder.

 - 200g  of shrimps.

- 100g of cuttlefish .

- 100ml of fresh milk .

- 1 liter of water .

- 2 tablespoons of flour .

- 1 tablespoon of  butter.

- 1 tablespoon of granules .

- 3/4 tablespoon of sugar .

- 1 teaspoon of  lemon juice . 

Implementation:

- Clean shrimps, peel, cut heads, leave tails .

-Clean cuttlefish, drain, cut little and then cut in thick slice of  0.5cm.

- Put Gac meat into the pot, add water and lemon juice and then mix well. Boil the mixture in about 15 minutes, pour off sieve with a large bowl beneath. Use spoon to rub the mixture to extract the smooth mixture into the bowl. Then puree the mixture in a blender. 

- Put butter and flour into the pan with medium heat. Wait until the butter melts, then pour the shrimps and cuttlefish. Stir well until they are ripe.

- Pour Gac mixture and boil. Pour fresh milk, seasoning salt, and sugar and cook in about 3 minutes , turn off the stove.

- Ladle into bowls , use it when it is still hot.
